Got it! I think then we already know how the chapter is...I've seen a picture on a website in which Masashi gave a summary of the situation...there's a brief summary of Jiraiya, Shizune, Pa Frog and Kakashi...he used the kanji for "defeated", so there's still hope for Kakashi to be still alive!

It's obvious from the next chapter that Hinata is alive.
And I really do believe that Kakashi is alive as well.
I don't think Kishimoto would kill such popular character. And not only that, but when Kishi kills a character it takes such a long time. The character thinks about his past, their regrets, and then they come to realize that they live a pretty good life and at least they saved the village, blah, blah, blah, and then they die. What also makes me think he's alive, is the whole 'talking to dad' thing. Maybe he's in limbo or just dreaming, and his daddy will kick him back to reality once Kishi feels he's made us suffer enough.
But I'm sure he'll be ok!

After all, when he killed Jiraiya, he had done it without hesitation...
the fact that he's repeating "defeated" in every picture makes me believe he's not dead yet. Maybe he's on the verge of dying, or in an "intermundia", something like that...
About Hinata, of course she's alive! We know Masashi to well to fall in his tricks!
